What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Functional Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of business and IT, and who wants to shape the future of the energy sector. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on design capabilities and know how to translate complex business challenges into scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Strong affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a strong plus
Experience in functional analysis, solution design, or architecture roles
Ability to translate business strategy into concrete IT solutions and architectures
Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Excellent communicator, able to engage both senior stakeholders and technical teams
Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and working in iterative environments
Experience with modelling techniques such as UML, BPMN, or ArchiMate
Master's degree; background in IT, engineering, or energy is valued
Fluent Dutch or French speaker, proficient in both + English

Act as a domain expert, bringing structure and clarity in complex transformation environments
